Interesting take on B0unc3's song.
I love the original, and I'm usually somewhat biased when I hear remixes. BUT, you did a very good job with this.
You really added your own little flair to it, which is great.
The percussion was really in-your-face. I'm not too fond of that kind of percussion, but it was great here.
The lead synth was perfect.
The part I enjoyed most in the song was the piano breakdown into that rhythmic part at around 2:35. Really interesting. Awesome job with this mixing and idea!
Ending sounded like it was intended for a club mix. Which is a pretty cool idea, because it could very well go into a set!
Awesome job guys. Really impressive job.

O_O First of all... THANKS FOR REVIEWING! :D

Now for the real reply. I had heard other remixes and I thought "Wow, They basically sound exactly like the original" So I had to remake the whole thing, plus my own twists on it. My own little flair! :3 The percussion really fit, it's saying "FACK YOU 0 BOMERS IM BETER THAN YOUU!" xD. The lead synth isn't really perfect, I accidentally clicked something while closing all the shit Morgan left open for me (A.K.A The Stereo Enhancer [I pressed "Change preset"]) But otherwise... 3xOsc owned this time around ^_^. The piano is truely epic, I had so much fun making it, and the outcome was just like... wow... I was stunned with What I had done. I gotta give credit to Morgan for mixing and mastering,it really turned out well :D The ending was abit anticlimactic, but it was better than our old ending (A tempo slowdown triggered a pitch LFO slowdown, causing it to sound like SHIT.) But hey, if it get's put into a set, then yay!

Thanks for reviewing :3

wow dude, you really did exactly what a remix is supposed to do: SOUND ORIGINAL!

Really interesting take on Eurodancer. I've heard tons of "remixes of Eurodancer" and this one is by far the MOST remixed.

Great work man, I really enjoyed it! Keep it up

Pretty good remix you've got here.
There were a couple things here and there you could have done to make this much better.
First, you could lower the volume on those vocals, or even put them through some sort of filter to make they delay or sound a little more 'dance-y' if you get what I'm saying.
The pads were OK. They were pretty much the same though out the song. Try to vary them a little more thought out the song.
The bass was WAY too over powering. It took away from the kick. Which, in most dance songs, should be the most prominent thing besides the melody.

Overall the song was pretty good. Very good length. You usually don't find good songs that are long. So nice job with that.
I did like the effects you used, although towards the end you seemed to go a little crazy with them. (around 4:50 ish?). No biggie though.
Nice work my man, keep it up!

Nice job on top 5 dude! This song deserves it.
I'm sorry I don't always respond on AIM. I just leave it up for days at a time without being there. haha

This song is great dude! I really loved the side chaining! It really added a lot to the song.
I don't know what to criticize on this song because I like it a lot and I can't find any faults with it (as usual) haha.
Great work dude.

Wow very in-your-face song you've got here.
As soon as I heard that first fill intro I was sucked in and wanted to hear more.
You did a fantastic job with the strings and synths. They sounded great together, so great choice with that.
The melody lacked a little in some parts, and although it was minimal I think it really added a lot to the song. For one, it didn't take too much away from the other sounds in the background.
Your leads and counter-melodies were excellent. It was everything you would want to hear in a trance/techno song.
The percussion was OK. I feel like a little less volume on the kick would have done wonders to this song, but if you were going for that high intensity feeling, then they're perfect.
The overall song was great! I really enjoyed it.
Keep up the good work.

FlamingFirebolt responds:

Hey TMM43,
thanks for your review. I was going for that happy overjoyed (generic) fastpaced in your face dance style. So there were some hard decisions like the kick. I have 3 versions which only have other volumes of the kick but changes the mood compleltely. Eventually i choose this one because this one sounds more energenic etc. I have some sounds in the backgroud to make it less emtpy, had troubles with that, thats why there are some plucked and pads. But i didn't want my troubles go to waste nor make them too prominent. I think i set the tone perfect with those though. On the percussions, your absolutely right, i was rather lazy while making thise songs considering the percussions. I mainly focused on the melody and small details. I use the percussion/beat and the bass+pad as a base. And just build stuff on top of it. I should have modified the percussions though, maybe ill edit it sometime when i make an extende version or something. :)
Great review TMM43 ill check yours out someday aswell. Good reviews are hard to get sometimes :(

Ohnoe review response is getting out of hand must --

This was a really interesting song. Very industrial with a little bit of DNB and House thrown in there.
I quite liked the the vocals. They were awesome. I think a lot the house feel came from the vocals themselves. Mostly because the stereotypical House vocals of a women saying some random thing.
The percussion was great. I really liked them. Yes they might sound a little bit like something from a Hip-hop track, but this is no where near hip-hop. The percussion, although minimal was pretty good. It kept the steady beat as well as the song moving along.
The synths were great! I really liked how raw they sounded. It really added a lot to the song.
The only thing I didn't like too much about the song is that it was VERY repetitive. It sounds like a break-beat mix you would throw over a song.
I feel like, if you really wanted to, you could make this an AWESOME techno song. I mean a really really good one. Just replace those break beats with a 4x4 beat and you're golden.
Great job overall man. Keep it up!

DJ-Delinquent responds:

First off id like to thank you on this detailed reveiw

The reason why its repetitive is becouse its a hip hop beat.

Rap Beats are sopposed to repeat its self in a series of loops

This is a Hybrid beat. a Mixture of Rave and HardCore Hip Hop
