If there was a more accurate voting system I would have given this song a 9.6/10 and a 4.8/5.
My reason being as follows:
To tell you the truth, it sounds more like a clash of REAL House-y music mixed with a Trance-y beat and effects. It sounds like you've mixed two songs together. It has that trance 4x4 beat with the house bass and melody. It's different, but good. It's not really 'me' per say. You know my style "generic, and anything that has a good 4x4 and bass". haha I do, however, like what you've come up with. There's a lot going on for the most part and although it repeats the same melody over and over, you managed to mix up the ambiance as well as that dramatic break down in the middle of the song. Again, going back to the Trance feel, the break down is what influenced that feeling the most, aside from the 4x4. That bass and melody really tore me with this song. I wasn't sure whether or not to judge it as a House song or a Trance song. So I guess I'll have to judge it as a completely new genre. The one thing I didn't like about this song, although minimal, was the kick. It was way too punchy for my tastes. It's a great song, don't get me wrong, it's just not for me as I previously stated, but I do like what you've done with it.
It's a very unique and mellow-esque sounding song. You've got a lot of interesting features going on, some that are quite ground breaking (to me at least) and others in which I've heard you use.

On a side note: I've never reviewed a song this in-depth before. I think it's because you've helped me so much. You've taught me new things in FL which translates to my reviewing skills. Although I'm not at your 'reviewing status' I feel like I'm getting their with thanks. for the most part, to your help.
Thank you for that. You've given me something that can never be taken away from me.

Again, amazing song. Something that should be heard by the millions.

Well, your review's definitely long enough that I'm going to have to scroll up and down for a while. :D

- There's no real melody, the closest I come to one is the square, though really it's just playing octaves.
- As for the kick, and every other mixing flaw, I can blame the Maximus, and the crappy mixing that you'd hear without it, for that, I explained myself pretty well in the commentary already. :P
- Millions? In my opinion, no, but if you really think so, then go and do your part, eh? XD

Ha! I can see why he says it reminds him of street racer! The break down at 1:22 sounds like something from it.

The overall song was interesting. Not what I'm accustomed to hearing out of you. Which is good and bad. Changes scare me for one. haha JK. But it's not only good for you to change style, it's good for the listener. It shows to you, as well as the listener that you are very good at composing. So amazing job on this.
I liked this, although different, it was very interesting.

Overall great work, as usual!

Well, maybe the change in style is because of the fact that this is a COLLAB? ;D He really influenced the song, a TON, which surprises me every time. Of course, it's a good thing. :D

All of the composition - the bassline, and the melody (which I did tweak, but the changes are minimal) was actually his. Thank him. :P

What I don't understand is why don't people read the damn author comments??
You clearly state that this is a DJ MIX. Meaning the first minute or so is supposed to be simple.

As for the rest of the song, you've done an amazing job. This song is very up-beat and makes me dance.
I really liked your breakdown in the middle. It was eerie and added a lot of suspense to the song.
Overall great work! Keep it up.

I completely agree with what JebbaL said. This song is amazing, and should be used in that robot game!

What surprised me the most was that between Rave4Yourself and JebbaL's reviews, they were almost 2 years apart! That's not right. You should have a lot more reviews for this song. It's really good.

Wow man. It's been a while since I've reviewed a song by you Sp1r1t!
Amazing song. It was a little misleading from the intro, but you managed to tie it in well with the trance feel.
I really liked that cheering you've used, it's different but it fits flawlessly.
The lead you used was pretty good for the most part. It peaked a couple times, but no biggie.
The bass was pretty good, sounds like a donk. haha
Overall great work! Keep it up!

I normally don't review Video Game music, nor do I really review Classical (Which is what I would have classified this as). But something about this compelled me to review!
I love the original song. It brings back a lot of good memories. The thing about this remix is that it envokes not only memories, but much emotion. For the untrained ear, I suspect the average joe would listen to this and assume it was a classical piece. You've done a fantastic job on this! Defiantly top 5 material!

wow truly an amazing track! This is the stereotypical trance music I like to hear. Everything, from the ambient sounds to the kick were amazingly well composed.
I really liked that flute sounding synth you threw in there. It really added a little spice to the mix.
You did a great job with this song. I really enjoyed it.
Keep up the amazing work. I hope to see much more out of you.

holy!
This song is just amazing. Really blew me away. The melody was great, although simple, it sounded great. The percussion really complimnented the melody flawlessly.
The bass was good, nice and dark.
Overall I really liked this song, although there were a couple things here and there with the mixing I didn't like too much. AND the song was WAY too short! But other than that, this song was great. I love it!
