This was a really nice song. I enjoyed listening to it.
This almost, and could sound, very professional. If you substituted some good plugins and instruments into the parts of the core instruments, this song could sound better.
Although this is not the case, it still sounds amazing! Great work.

Although you did remix a song, it sounded quite original. You achieved an 8-bit video game feel with out plugins to help! Quite a feat.
I rather liked this, it sounded well composed, and your choice of leads, percussion, and pads were great. Nice work.

Jebbal responds:

Water is a common chemical substance that is essential for the survival of all known forms of life. In typical usage, water refers only to its liquid form or state, but the substance also has a solid state, ice, and a gaseous state, water vapor. About 1.460 petatonnes (Pt) of water covers 71% of the Earth's surface, mostly in oceans and other large water bodies, with 1.6% of water below ground in aquifers and 0.001% in the air as vapor, clouds (formed of solid and liquid water particles suspended in air), and precipitation.

Thank for the review!

I though this song was pretty well composed. The first few sounds of the melody really drew me in. I quite liked that. The percussion was quite good. Nice work on that.
The pads were really good as well.
The melody was a little weird. It kind of threw me off. It was either the melody itself or the lead you chose. I feel that the song was rather dark because of one or the two.
Other than that overall nice work.

I quited enjoyed listening to this! It's really upbeat and almost sounds like you didn't make it FL. Thats great.

There was something about this song that really drew me into it. I think it was that it was sound you chose for the melody. It was very unique. Nice work with that.
Although the song was good, you repeated that melody WAY too much.
Other than that, nice work.

This song was amazing, as are all your songs. I feel like you did a fantastic job with this. You should be proud.

The overall song was great. Good melody, good percussion, good synths and what not. The only thing that I feel could have been better with this is the mixing and EQing. It sounds like you didn't spend as much time as you would with a normal submission.
Other than that nice work.

I quite enjoyed this song. There was something about it that made me smile.

I guess it's the really upbeat tune. Everything about it sounds great. Thanks for putting a big smile on my face. :D

GREAT song. I really enjoyed listening to it. I really liked the overall feel of this. It was nice and calm (without the drums) and really upbeat and exciting with the drums. I quite enjoyed listening to this. One word of advice though...The high hat you have is like on every 16th note??? Way too many. Really threw the beat off. Change that and this song would be better.

boggypete responds:

Actually that's the ride, since the hi-hat has a lower pitch you can barely hear it. But thanks for the tip, I'll keep it in mind next time I make Drum N Bass.

Another weekly first? How many is this now, 7? ha great work.

As you may or may not remember, I am very visual when it comes to music such as this. While I was listening to this I felt like I was at a Samurai camp and all the samurai were putting on a show. As the song slowed, I 'saw' (if you will) the Japanese women saying goodbye to their lovers. After that, the samurai are fighting.

Just an amazing work of art. Great work Maestro! I always love listening to your music. You are and always will be an inspiration to me. I remember the first time I listened to your music (on your old old account) and I felt tingles down my spine. I still get that feeling to this day. You never cease to amaze me.

Thank you for the visualization and this masterpiece.
Your friend,
-Drew

MaestroRage responds:

ha, I honestly don't know what number this is XD! But I must say I am honored, and humbled by all of it. I never honestly expect to get up here, every time thinking "surely somebody will 0 bomb me to the depths of hell" but despite the 0 votes, with support, I make it. It's hard to say in words how to thank these supporters.

I do remember how you are a visual listener Drew, like myself. Speaking of which, the visuals you saw are both very fitting and moving. I felt the energy towards the end was a bit too peppy to see them dying, so I assume they're kicking some serious ass out there :D!

I hope I can continue to produce work which will inspire, and entertain you! Thanks again for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

Take care, your friend,
Selcuk

You're back?! I remember when you left NG. I was so upset. Now I'm happy you're back submitting music.

The song is amazing. I feel like without the guitar, vocals and drums, this could actually be a classical piece. Great job none the less, as always. :D
